HOW WILL YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?

 Your order will be delivered to you through TCS Courier Service at the address you have mentioned as ship to address in your order. In case of Cash On Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash from you when he delivers the order.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

 Your order usually reached your doorstep between 1 to 3 working days from the date of order.

WHAT IS DAILY DEALS?

We at BrandsPopper.com put a few products on deep discounts everyday for 24 hours. After the completion of the daily deal, the prices of those products return to their normal prices. 

WHAT IS B QUALITY?

B Quality Items are products that have minor faults in them. The faults are hard to notice. They are completely wearable products and are not used or worn. The product faults may include darning (rafu), broken stitch, untrimmed threads and thread variation. 

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

 Orders above Rs.1,198 ship free of charge.

For orders below Rs.1,198 we charge a fix rate of Rs.199 per order. 

Our system automatically calculates the correct shipping charge when you place your order.

HOW DO I USE A GIFT CARD OR VOUCHER CODE THAT WAS ISSUED TO ME?

 You will see a field named "Gift Card or Credit Voucher" during your checkout. Enter the code in this field and you will get the promised discount or credit.  

CAN I OPEN CASH ON DELIVERY PACKAGE WITHOUT MAKING THE PAYMENT TO THE COURIER FIRST?

No. You cant open the package without making the payment to the courier. We sell everything with a 30 Days No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee. If you do not like anything, please return it and we will give you a refund (less the shipping charges) or an exchange voucher.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?

No, we do not offer international deliveries and shipments as of now.
